Q:    Are all of your fine jewelry pieces real?

Absolutely! We guarantee the stones and metals of all our jewelry are genuine and of the finest quality. Prior to shipment, each piece is professionally inspected and cleaned, so you can feel confident it will shine and sparkle with brilliance.

Q:    What does "gently used" mean?

At www.adorn.com, brides and others have had an opportunity to rent and wear our fine jewelry. Luckily, fine jewelry is made to last for generations! Our pieces are professionally inspected and cleaned after each rental so they look and wear just as good as new. We refer to these previously adorned pieces as "Gently Used".

Q:    When should I expect to receive my shipment?

Many of our “gently used” fine jewelry pieces can be shipped out within 5 business days. New fine jewelry pieces can take up to 6 weeks depending on inventory availability. Pieces provided/fulfilled by our partners usually are shipped within 3-5 business days. In any case, you will receive a phone call and/or email to communicate the expected delivery date. Any orders that contain a billing address that is not the same as the shipping address will have a longer waiting period for security reasons.

Q:    How will my package arrive?

Your package will be shipped to your shipping address via UPS or Fed Ex and, if valued greater than $500, will require an adult signature. We will work with you to ensure your availability to receive the shipment.

Q:    Do you offer financing?

We do not currently offer financing, but are working on adding this option. At this time you must pay for the entire amount on your credit card.

Q:    What is your return policy?

If you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and have returned it to us within 5 days of receipt. Upon return, your item will be professionally inspected. After authenticity is confirmed, you will receive a full refund less a $25 handling fee.

Q:    Are all the pieces on the web site provided and fulfilled by Adorn?

Adorn has partnered with several suppliers. Items offered by our partners will be noted with a “provided by” designation. For all items shipped by one of our suppliers, Adorn will send, via email, your order confirmation and shipping status.
